Had a phone call and within a couple of days he was round to advise on the best course of action. Previous owner of my house did a sub par job seating the tiles on the gabel end to the mortar and it had all fallen out, leaving the underside exposed to the weather. Job was carried out when possible due to the bad weather but kept me updated when arriving to carry out the works. Quality of the work was good at a good price. I am happy and certain it will last.

Douglas and team were excellent. Very promptly responded to request for quote. Came out to fix an urgent problem, sorted that. I then booked them in for a second job. would recommend.

Urgent repair needed prior to exchanging contacts for property sale. Communication was prompt and transparent and the work completed as described and on time.

Great experience. Responded quickly and arranged to provide a quote next day. Reviewed work that needed to be completed and used a drone to show me pictures, provided a fair quote and arranged to come the following week as early as possible. Kept in contact prior to conducting the work and throughout keeping everywhere clean and tidy as well. Once work was completed photos were provided as we were not home and guarantee also provided for the work carried out. Would definately recommend. Excellent Company!

Had leak in flat roof, was amazed how quickly I was contacted after posting on Checkatrade Job was carried out very quickly and effectively and I was kept up to date with photo's of the job before and after work
