  Went off radar.

  It was all going well, we spoke, he seemed keen to quote for the job but then simply went off radar. Didn't respond to messages, didn't follow it up at all. I've still no idea what happened to him. Basically, he wasted my time.

  Marcin is a really lovely guy and is very friendly and knowledgeable. We used MD Renovations & Extensions for a large ground floor extension, bathroom refurb and a large garden room along with landscaping and full re-turf of our garden. We’ve been delighted with the quality and finish of the work and Marcin is always happy to accommodate any ideas and will always find a way around any problems that may occur in a calm and confident manner. If we have any work we need to do in the future we would not hesitate to contact Marcin.

  Ground Floor Rear Extension

  We had a 6-metre extension built at the back of our house in 2019/20 & we couldn’t be happier with the results. The area was transformed into a stylish, elegant, and highly functional family space that has truly changed the way we live in our home. From start to finish, the team was a pleasure to work with-efficient, professional and refreshingly no-fuss. The speed and quality of their work stood out immediately & what’s even more impressive is how well everything has stood the test of time. Currently using same builder to redesign our loft & will post new review and photos soon...

  We are incredibly pleased with the work Marcin and his team did on our home. They built a 6-meter extension and fully renovated our three-bedroom house, demonstrating diligence and reliability throughout the process. Marcin was always responsive and committed to resolving any issues promptly, even returning years later to assist us with extra paperwork when needed.   Rear ground floor extension, 1st floor side extension & full renovation of the remainder

  We recently worked with Marcin and were very happy with the results. His workmanship was excellent, finished to a very high standard, and the ideas he brought to the project really made a difference. Pricing was fair, and he was honest, flexible, and adaptable throughout. Communication could have been clearer at times, and timelines did slip, but Marcin always had a plan and stuck to his word. Despite a few unavoidable bumps along the way, we’re extremely pleased with the outcome and would happily recommend him to others.
