Marcin is a really lovely guy and is very friendly and knowledgeable. We used MD Renovations & Extensions for a large ground floor extension, bathroom refurb and a large garden room along with landscaping and full re-turf of our garden. We’ve been delighted with the quality and finish of the work and Marcin is always happy to accommodate any ideas and will always find a way around any problems that may occur in a calm and confident manner. We had a 6-metre extension built at the back of our house in 2019/20 & we couldn’t be happier with the results. The area was transformed into a stylish, elegant, and highly functional family space that has truly changed the way we live in our home.
From start to finish, the team was a pleasure to work with-efficient, professional and refreshingly no-fuss. The speed and quality of their work stood out immediately & what’s even more impressive is how well everything has stood the test of time.

We recently worked with Marcin and were very happy with the results. His workmanship was excellent, finished to a very high standard, and the ideas he brought to the project really made a difference. Pricing was fair, and he was honest, flexible, and adaptable throughout. Communication could have been clearer at times, and timelines did slip, but Marcin always had a plan and stuck to his word.
