bathroom refit & ensuite shower room removal

K&M Plumbing and Heating recently refitted our bathroom and removed our ensuite shower room to create a larger master bedroom. Everyone involved was friendly, respectful of our home and professional at all times. We were kept well informed throughout the process and the work was finished to a very high standard. We would highly recommend them, and I'm sure we will be using them again in the future.

Marks first came out within days of contact to look at the job and his communication was perfect! He was extremely polite and professional and signed up to the works the same night! He was more than accommodating to my schedule and within no time at all his team came to do the works. Neil one of his guys was absolutely brilliant and his fine tune to detail was just what I wanted! I was previously let down by a plumber i used before and with the work K&M have done these guys will be my first point of contact

Kitchen Tap

I can’t recommend K & M plumbing enough, as soon as I spoke to Mark he was so kind and helpful. He asked me to send a photo of my kitchen tap ( due to it leaking ) and then said to leave it to him to find something similar or whatever I wanted. This was very reassuring for me as I was worried I would get the wrong tap if I tried. Mark fitted the tap the next day and even went off to get more parts that were needed. He was just a top bloke and so friendly and I can’t thank him enough. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Mark so much !

This company was excellent, they were professional, hard working and totally reliable. Their workmanship is stunning and I couldn’t be more delighted with the results of my bathroom and shower room. They kept us completely up to date at all stages of the refit, checking all the time that we were happy with the result - cannot recommend more highly

K & M Plumbing & Heating are a very professional company. I found them quick to reply to emails for any concerns that were raised, workmanship is down to an extremely high standard. They are certainly a company that I will be using in the future and recommending to others to use.
