I contacted K&M Plumbing and Heating following a leak from our shower and the damage that had been done to our bedroom floor next door. It had taken me up to that point quite a while to just get someone to come and look, but Mark got back to me and came round to look at our bathroom a few days after I contacted him. From the moment I got in touch with him, he was friendly and polite. He took the time to explain to me exactly what he thought needed to be done whilst I discussed what we would like to be replaced and he went away and came back to me in the agreed timeframe with a quote detailing

Mark came out to look at my heating system, as I wasn't sure if there were bigger issues. He did only the work that was needed in a timely and professional manner. 10/10

Mark and Kyle completed full renovations of our en suite and family bathrooms. The quality of their work was top notch, their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were considerate and friendly which made for a stress free experience. Kyle and Mark were finally, after many others who have worked on our renovation, the tradesmen you want. They really know their stuff, proactively identify issues and solutions and have a real attention to detail. They addressed issues with our floor levels sorting a surveyor and advised on options. All of the other trades they used (electrician, painter) were equally professional and timely. We are very pleased with the final result which looks better than bathrooms we spent more on
