This is the third time I have used M Dobson for replacement windows, and would certainly recommend them for any double glazing needs.i wouldn’t go anywhere else, I have been impressed by their workmanship their attention to detail, punctuality and tidiness. Excellent family firm, great customer service from first ringing them to see if they could repair my window, to measuring up, helping me choose the right window and door. Job location: NE31Decided to replace my old double glazing for new units. Contacted Dobson's as I have seen their vans about for years. From initial inspection to installation, the process has been stress free and I am really pleased with the work done. The owner explained fully the improvement in energy efficiency, suggested some changes to the original setup and answered all my questions. The windows are now installed and the standard of fitting is outstanding. No damage to decor and no mess left. A family firm that's been going for years and it shows in their quality of work.
