Michael was quick to come out & see what we were wanting after initial contact. He came armed with a knowledge of information & brochures for me to look over which he left with us. He measured the windows & left which was refreshing as no sales pitch to bore us to death. The quote arrived very quickly & after agreeing to proceed Michael kept us in the loop. Installation day arrived, Josh & Tyler were great. Turned up on time, were very polite & careful to keep mess to a minimum. They left nothing behind for me to do. We were so happy with the result we had Michael back for more work.

We have just had our windows and 2 new doors fitted by M Dobson , we are over the moon with the quality and how fantastic they look such an amazing transformation. Informative advice without being pushed into a decision. Came out, measured and quoted. Pointed out facts that I hadn’t realised. After agreeing the work kept me informed regarding glass delivery and subsequent installation. During installation gave good advise and explained things about the glass and problems that could occur. Very impressed with professionalism and quality of the work carried out. I will definitely call this company back if I need more work done. Reasonably priced in line with other quotes received.
