  Mark is a very experienced tradesman, he completed a full kitchen refit in my home and I couldn’t be happier. His communication and professionalism was like no other. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him for any future work.

  I recently had work completed by Mark and his team, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Mark was excellent from start to finish—professional, reliable, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The two lads working alongside him were just as impressive; both were extremely polite, respectful, and hardworking throughout the job. What really stood out was how tidy and organised they kept everything. They made sure to clean up properly at the end of each day, which made a big difference and showed real attention to detail.   Conversion kitchen/ dining room and garage conversion to a utility room

  Was 30 mins late without any prior communication, spent less than ten minutes at my property, took no measurements and recorded no information, previously we had a builder attend for one hour who was very detailed in questions and provided an extensive quote to now a deposit has been paid, to this date 4 weeks later we still have had no contact, will not be using this app again and would not recommend this company

  We recently had an extension completed by M Davies Builders and are very pleased with the overall result. The work was carried out to a good standard, with clear communication throughout the project. The team were reliable, polite, and kept the site as tidy as possible while work was ongoing. Any questions or small changes were discussed and dealt with promptly. We’re happy with the finished extension and would recommend M Davies Builders to others considering similar work.
