From the first contact I had with Mark he proved to be very reliable, turning up to look at the work & start the job when he said he would. Mark and his team were a real pleasure to have in the house, always cheerful and polite. The work they have carried out is to a very high standard. They are hard workers and very tidy, always clearing up at the end of each day. Mark’s estimate was the cheapest we’d received & he was very fair - there were no hidden extras at the end. I can’t recommend M Davies Builders highly enough. High quality workmanship & thoroughly nice lads too!

Mark and his team provided a brilliant service removing an internal wall, and changing a window into French doors. Easy to contact and discuss plans with great advice on what’s achieveable. Definitely would recommend!

Mark and his team removed a chimney breast from roof to lounge. This involved repairs to the roof, floorboards and internal ceilings. Once complete, the lounge hallway and bedroom were repkastered. All of the eirk was finished to a very good standard and at a reasonable price. Marks also took the time to explain what work would be done when, which was much appreciated.

Really pleased with the work Mark and his team have completed, they fitted our new kitchen to a high standard, new doors, flooring and plastering throughout. Great to work with and they looked after our house. We would use them again

M Davies builders have just finished putting a kitchen in for me and also removed an internal wall. Their service and quality of work was first class. They are trustworthy, I always left them in the house on their own while work was being done. They went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back. I highly recommend M Davies builders

Mark and team were fantastic from start to finish, picking up the build after the original had been knocked down by others. He communicated well and kept us up to date as to who would be in doing their part when. The quality of work carried out by the tradesmen Mark works with is great. We were really impressed by the attention to the smaller details inside the utility as well as matching the red brick and windows to the rest of the house. Would definitely use Mark again if we need further building work.
