Was 30 mins late without any prior communication, spent less than ten minutes at my property, took no measurements and recorded no information, previously we had a builder attend for one hour who was very detailed in questions and provided an extensive quote to now a deposit has been paid, to this date 4 weeks later we still have had no contact, will not be using this app again and would not recommend this company
