  Garage conversion into a room and w/c & utility

  From the initial quote Mick kept me up to date on scheduling and even did a second site visit to finalise plans. He listened to what I wanted and offered solutions and ideas. Every tradesman was polite, respectful and professional. All the work was completed to a high standard and the finished project was beyond my expectations. Alan led the build and communicated daily to let me know who was coming and when. Everyone worked hard with attention to detail in every area. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MCS.

  Garage conversion new build

  Mick, Alan and the team were recommended to us by a neighbour here on the estate who recently had their garage converted by them. I contacted Mick who came and discussed different options and gave reasonable quotes. The job was done quickly with no fuss! Care was taken to ensure the safety of our property during the works, they completed the majority of the garage conversion before they created a door into the house and fitted the window that day. Incredibly, they even managed to find the exact brick we needed even though it had been discontinued! Very pleased with the results!

  New Kitchen Fitted

  Cannot thank you guys at MCS enough. From start to finish an excellent experience and we are so happy with the outcome of our amazing new kitchen. Could not recommend this company enough simply amazing. My Sister has just Ordered a New Kitchen off MCS She was that impressed with our one. Thank you once again.

  Great job from start to finish, quick communication throughout, completed all work when they said to a high standard. The guys who completed the work were friendly and kept me informed of progression of work, cleared up and cleaned after themselves. I would recommend MCS and have booked another job with them.

  Removal of dividing wall and installation of steel

  Renovations and the search for a good and reliable builder can be stressful and overwhelming. Thank you to Mick, Alan and their team, they were respectful, they arrived when they said they would and kept me up to date every step of the way. Alan and his team tidied up evening before they left and completed the job to a high standard. I'm really pleased with the completed job and I would definitely recommend MCS-Renovate and Build and will use them again and in the future.
