Renovations and the search for a good and reliable builder can be stressful and overwhelming. Thank you to Mick, Alan and their team, they were respectful, they arrived when they said they would and kept me up to date every step of the way. Alan and his team tidied up evening before they left and completed the job to a high standard. I'm really pleased with the completed job and I would definitely recommend MCS-Renovate and Build and will use them again and in the future.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Mick and the team. We received a quote within 24 hours from Mick and he worked with us to agree the job within our price range. Alan and the team were very friendly punctual, polite and highly skilled. The job was completed to an excellent standard and cleaning and removal of materials was taken care of. Mick and Alan made themselves available for aftercare and checked in after completion of the job to make sure we were satisfied.

From start to finish Mick,Alan and the lads were professional, hard working and friendly and have done an excellent job converting our garage. They answered any concerns we had and run us through step by step what they were going to do. The conversion was done quickly, but not at the expense of the finished job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Mick and his team were really good from start to finish. He was friendly and professional and talked through what was needed. I needed a repair of the wood on the front of the house and replaced with PVC cladding. This was followed up by another meet up to talk more specifically about the job which was good as they’d then know exactly what to do. The day of the job, the team got stuck in straight away and worked through the morning. They were quick and efficient. Done in 3.5 hours without any issues. They did a fantastic job, made it look brand new, and I was really happy with the result.
