  Kitchen & Bathroom Leaks

  Mike replaced hot and cold valves in kitchen sink monobloc tap. Also identified bathroom shower unit leak and replaced thermostatic bar. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Also gave helpful advice.

  Replaced cold water tank in loft

  Mike did a great job for us at short notice. His communication was excellent and he arrived and finished on time. He takes a lot of pride in his work and there was no mess during or after the work was completed. Very friendly and helpful and was confident that he could find a solution to the problem which was not straight forward. Would highly recommend.

  Repairing dripping internal stopcock

  The plumber arrived on time(0800) after discussing the work and agreeing the cost during the previous evening. Very helpful in finding alternative stopcock when the house stopcock was found not to be closing and offered advice on future action to take. Work re-packing and checking the stop-cock was carried out carefully and very cleanly and he maintained a helpful and cheerful attitude throughout the whole process - would certainly use him again.

  Not a happy experience

  I don't think he would understand the concerns of the clients willingly. Very impatient when I ask my concerns that I've mentioned in advance. He just investigated what he concerned and ignoring my concerns that's I mentioned in advance.
