  Direct contact 10 mins after the job was posted and spoke to a lovely lady who organised an inspection the same day in the afternoon. The gentleman was kind and very considerate and provided us with some really helpful feedback for the 20 or so mins it took. We can certainly reccomend these folks for any roofing jobs locally!

  We needed a new roof on our Grade II listed Victorian home, requiring strict compliance and costly Welsh slate. It felt daunting trusting someone new, but Pete put us at ease from the start. He was transparent, explained everything clearly, and kept us informed throughout. Friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. The whole process was smooth and well managed.   Peter and his team replaced a very large flat roof for me. It is down the side of the house and at the back as well. They were excellent and very efficient. I am delighted with the new roof. The team are friendly, nothing is too much trouble and everything is left clean and tidy. It will be extremely difficult to find a team as good as Peter's and impossible to find a better one.

  I needed a roof replacement and wanted to use a local company and looked no further than M. Cook. They have been around many years in the Chingford/Highams Park area and I remember Pete’s dad who worked in the area many years ago. Pete now runs the company which is a family business and I have no hesitation in recommending them. They did an excellent job with the new roof which comes with a 25 year guarantee.
