  I had an issue with my mains water pipe, I called at 7:30 am, got an answer straight away, on the phone I got more information than the 3 plumbers merchants combined that I had been to. McConnell utilities arrived at 8:40ish same day, on arrival they instantly identified the pipe size and went to get the correct fittings, they went above and beyond to ensure I was ok for potential future issues due to the brittle nature of the black alkathene pipe. They were very polite, communication was top tier and the job was done clean and fast, couldn't say enough goods things, would recommended

  Mains Pipe Replaced

  Louie and the team replaced our old mains pipe due to low water pressure. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally using mole digging under the drive. They connecting it to a new internal stop tap without causing any visible signs to the floorboards. We are happy with the work and the water pressure has improved a lot in the house.

  Water leak detection and fix

  Louie and the guys did a great job. Located a water main leak, fixed it and also completed replacement of old lead pipe work. Did a great job would be happy to recommend

  lead pipe mains replacement

  I cannot express how grateful I am for the service Lou and his team provided. He replaced my lead water supply pipe, and what initially seemed like a straightforward job turned out to be far more complicated than expected. The existing pipe had a leak, and because it was part of a shared supply serving more than 10 properties, the whole process became much more challenging. Lou went above and beyond to help me deal with Thames Water, which resulted in multiple visits instead of the single visit originally planned, all at no additional cost. Throughout the entire process, he was always punctual, professional, and proactive in dealing with every issue that arose. His work ethic, commitment, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile were exceptional. I genuinely feel fortunate that I chose Lou over the other contractors I was considering. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough—they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you, Lou. I really appreciate everything you did.
