  Leaking pipe

  We had an invisible leak close to our property we could hear it but no visible water. Contacted McConnell utilities and Daniel came out within the hour, he knew exactly the location, it was in the cavity, he got back that evening with a price and in under a week he repaired it. Daniel was very professional, polite and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this company.

  Mains pipe burst repair

  Came to fix a mains pipe leak in the front garden patio area. They took the block paving up, found the leak, repaired with a new bit of pipe and relaid the block paving so well it looked like it hadn’t been touched. Cleaned up and left it perfect. Very helpful and very impressed.

  Really helpful from the start when giving a quote through to carrying out the work. When carrying out the work kept me up to date with what was happening and once finished you wouldn't know that they had been. Brilliant service, thank you.

  First Class Service!

  Louie called me within minutes of posting my enquiry on Checkatrade. He called round later in the afternoon to inspect the job and give me a quote to replace the water supply pipe from the road to the house. He even tried to do a temporary repair there and then but the pipe sprung another leak - it was in such poor condition. This was Tuesday and he booked me in for Friday. Louie, his mate and the plumber all arrived as planned and worked really hard to install the new supply pipe. Everything was left clean and tidy. The price was very reasonable and as quoted. I couldn't be happier.

  Outside water leak

  I contacted McConnell’s after detecting a water leak outside my property. They responded and came out same day. I was advised on the cost but told that we should get Thames Water involved before we proceeded. Louie phoned them for us and arranged a visit, I had been unable to do this. This has probably saved us hundreds of pounds, I cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you very much.
