  Mains water leak

  I can only add to the many positive reviews for McConnells. Louie attended to check a leaking mains pipe between pavement and property, giving 2 options of repair or replacement, with pros and cons of each clearly explained. We decided on replacement. Due to the nature of such an underground repair, some unexpected difficulties were encountered which Louie quickly proposed a solution to. He is a rare breed of tradesman - a problem solver, calm under pressure, with great communication. If you're in the unfortunate position of having a mains leak, I don't hesitate to recommend.

  Walking on Water

  My water mains leak was in a very very difficult position to access, let alone repair , I found Louie and Bob both professional and knowledgeable. They didn’t give up and thankfully restored my water supply . The price I feel was very competitive and from general enquiry to the finished job, Louie kept me fully informed…Would definitely use Mc Connell Utilities again and would highly recommend the company…

  Reliable, expert water main supply replacement.

  Louis from McConnell services came to our rescue when the mains water feed to our property sprung a leak in the main feed pipe underneath the house itself. He quickly managed to assess what needed to be done and how he was going to tackle the problem after an initial site visit. He provided a very fair and reasonable costing of the job and returned a few days later and set about replacing the mains feed pipe. He works really hard and quickly. He arrived at 0900 and was finished by 1600, water feed replaced and all trenches that were dug made good before he left. I can’t recommend him enough.

  Punctual, Professional, Respectful and Transparent

  I had a fantastic experience with Louie and his team. They called ahead to confirm arrival, respected my home, and clearly explained the necessary work and options. The job was completed professionally and transparently with no hidden charges. When a follow-up issue arose, they returned the same day and resolved it at no additional cost. Punctual, professional, and reasonably priced — I highly recommend them!.

  Excellent work on a complex issue and great price!

  Louie and his team were fantastic, and the work undertaken was of an amazing quality. Louie was always on tome, responded quickly to questions and his quote for the works were excellent value for money. This was a really difficult job, but Louie, with his excellent knowledge and experience came up with a cost effective and innovated way to fix what was a really complex issue. His knowledge and experience is second to none, and he was able to look at the problem logically and undertake the works quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him to others A+++

  Exceptionally Superb

  Oh wow wow wow, the integrity, patience, knowledge, empathy, customer service, aftercare, friendliness, just name it and they had them all and more. I can't recommend them well enough. They ensured that my water leakage was fully resolved. Bear in mind that this is after I had tried at least three other plumbers. I am really grateful and will continue to refer Lou and Martins.
