  Louie was friendly and responsive from the start. He quickly provided a fair quote (to replace corroded waste pipes) and stuck to it. He arrived promptly with his workmate Mark. Both were very respectful and pleasant, making a stressful situation so much easier. They explained everything clearly, including how long the job was likely to take and what materials they would use and why. I have already recommended McConnell Utilities to friends and family. Louie will be my go-to person for any future plumbing needs.

  Recommend for efficiency and communication

  From first contact communication was excellent and it continued from quote to booking and then installation. The team were clean in there work and went over and above in repairs at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

  External Pipe Replacement - Fab Job!

  Louie and his guys replaced the pipework between our house and the Thames water meter to remedy a leak. They provided a competitive quote. Their work on site was excellent, despite the site conditions throwing up a number of issues. They pivoted and got everything completed with no fuss. Everyone was courteous, work was neat and site left clean. Louie went above and beyond, including giving advice and having a look at our thames water chamber – they are now changing some faulty parts based on his assessment. I can’t recommend these guys enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

  Water mains leak fully repaired. Satisfied with works

  I was notified of a leak by thames water on boxing day. It was around the holiday period. And finding a plumber was difficult. I searched online and came across louis. I read the reviews, and I immediately contacted him, he responded quite quickly. I explained the details of our water mains leak to him. To which he provided a quote, and an availabile day to carry out the work. We booked him in, and he arrived as promised on time. And carried out the works. He completed the works to a high standard and left the place neat and tidy. He also provided a certificate. I would strongly reccomend him.

  Excellent responsive service.

  I am completely happy with the service provided by Louie McConnell and his team. His communications and responsiveness were excellent. Costs were kept under control. He did his best to keep disruption to a minimum and to liaise with SE Water to resolve our supply pipe leak. He made the right call in suggesting a gas trace which proved the leak was not on private land as SE Water had indicated, but under the public footpath. This avoided further unnecessary excavations on private land.
