I hire McConnel Utilitities (Louie) to carry out moling for a new water pipe installation, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish including being both punctual and Polite. The moling itself was done with minimal disruption – no mess, no unnecessary digging, and everything was completed far quicker than I expected. The site was left clean and tidy, and the pipework has been working perfectly since. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Louie again and highly recommend them to anyone needing Moling work completed.

Easter Sunday woke up to no tap water and water leaking out under our floor boards. Lois was amazing, came out, quoted for the work and stoped the 2 leaks. Polite, clean and efficient, we can’t recommend him enough! He was amazing

What a fantastic service, especially as it turned out to be a difficult job due to a complex set up that the previous homeowner installed. Upfront with costs which were also very competitive and incredibly fair. Friendly, professional but also patient in helping me understand my options. Would highly recommend.
