Louie came to carry out moling work from outside of our property to inside replacing the pipework. He arrived to assess the work promptly , was reassuring and personable explaining what needed to be done and returned a few days later to do the work. Both he and his colleague were very clean and tidy, professional, polite and left the front garden clean and neat. Would definitely recommend McConnell utilities and would not hesitate to use Louie again.

Louie was excellent from analyzing the problem and providing a quote. Turned up on time and did a really good job in repairing the leak and putting all the earth and grass back as if nothing had occurred.

All workmen and supervisors were very forthcoming and respectful to both outside garden and inside property. Their communication and professionalism was positive throughout. From start to finish Louie and his team did a great job. The quotation and advice given was very professional and value for money. The job itself wasn't an easy one dealing with three properties and home owners, but Louie gave us all reassurance that everything would be okay. They completed all the water mains replacement inside the properties and left everything at the end of the job tidy. I've worked with tradesman all my life, Louie and his team was definitely the best and fully recommend them to everyone.

Louie was quick to get in contact and came the same day to inspect the job. He was upfront with the cost from the start and explained the options available. We decided to replace the pipe and he completed the job a few days later on the bank holiday. He kept us updated via text, video and phone as we weren’t home at the time of the repair. He provided all the paperwork promptly so that we could settle our insurance claim and update the water company accordingly. Would highly recommend
