Of the two differing quotes that we received, I found Mark to be most honest and trustworthy. Once we agreed to have the work done Mark arrange for his team to start the job within a few days. They turned up and completed the Job to my satisfaction with two days. While there were a few things I wasn’t happy about initially, Mark had these all rectified to my satisfaction without any complaint. While they wasn't the cheapest quote, the work being completed in just over a week from first contact with an eight-year guarantee is a job well done.
