Job completed eventually. 1st They missed some felt that was to be replaced on the leaking roof, done after pointing it out. 2nd A fascia board covered with the wrong size PVC. when mentioned we were told our size wasn't made so they fitted an extra strip. not very good. This turned out to be incorrect as our size was standard. Once mentioned they apologised, returned to fit the correct size. 3rd A rain fall demonstrated that the guttering wasn't fitted correctly, as all the water came runing down the wall. you could see daylight betwwe the roof, the cuttering. resolved on revisit.

This score was not meant to be 3.7. It was meant to be  9.7 as this customer was left very very happy we come across a few little hurdles, but in the end of the day, it’s not how you start.
