  We had an emergency situation, which was potentially life-threatening. Jake came out within the hour to assess and returned first thing the following morning with two men to resolve the problem and make everything safe. Obviously knowledgable, he was professional and courteous, and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to use again!

  We had three areas needing repair - re-bedding ridge tiles, vellum window leak, flat roof leak.

  Excellent experience all round with McArthur Roofing Services. Jake was quick to respond to my enquiry and after his initial survey, I thought the quotation for the work was very fair. We had a number of repairs required - the ridge tiles needed re-bedding, a leak around a Velux window (the seal had perished), a leak in the main roof near one of the chimneys, and a leak on a flat roof. Jake arrived reliably on time, kept me informed with photos as the work was being completed. They cleared up at the end of each day and left the site clean and tidy at the end. I can highly recommend them.

  Jake and his helper were very hard working, polite and extremely good at the job. They were very punctual and worked late to get the job done. I would thoroughly recommend McArthur roofing.
