Excellent experience all round with McArthur Roofing Services. Jake was quick to respond to my enquiry and after his initial survey, I thought the quotation for the work was very fair. We had a number of repairs required - the ridge tiles needed re-bedding, a leak around a Velux window (the seal had perished), a leak in the main roof near one of the chimneys, and a leak on a flat roof. Jake arrived reliably on time, kept me informed with photos as the work was being completed. They cleared up at the end of each day and left the site clean and tidy at the end. I can highly recommend them.

Jake McArthur contacted me promptly following my initial enquiry. A quote was given and I accepted. The roof had been leaking badly for some time so I appreciated the job going ahead within just a few days. All work was carried out in expected timescale in a tidy manner with all waste being tidied up and removed. Each part of the job was explained as it progressed and skill and experience demonstrated. Jake and his colleague were friendly and cheerful at same time as being focussed on getting the job finished in a timely manner. Will use again
