  Reliable and polite

  Mark from MB Frames came to look at our windows that wouldn’t open, quoted and carried out the necessary repairs. He was polite and friendly, came when expected and kept in touch to keep us informed of progress throughout. We were very happy with his work (he even cleaned the windows inside and out) and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

  Replacement glass for a cat flap.

  New door handle fitting

  A very quick response to enquiry and a quote within days. Complete new window and replacement panels delivered quickly and all installed soon after.   Water Tight Again

  We moved into our bungalow in October 2024 and inherited a conservatory about 25 years old. In heavy rain it leaked externally to an alarming degree. Mark attended and inspected the structure, identifying what he believed the problems to be. Once required materials that he ordered had been received, he arranged for his people, Paul and Nico, to visit and fix the problems, which they did in little over a morning, through their extremely hard and thorough work. Before they started, Paul took time to explain what he and Nico would be doing and why.

  Good quality service and excellent communications

  Mark, made a face to face connection to measure my windows which won him the quote as my other quote was using photos. The installer Paul did an extremely good job, personable and professional, and fully skilled. The work is well done and a perfect clear up afterwards. I am elderly frail and Paul put up my curtains for me in my bedroom, this really was the extra mile after a 9 hour shift. Because of Marks first connection and good ongoing communications on equipment arriving and date for installation and follow up, and a job extremely well done, I will use Mark again and highly recommend him
