Engineer was very professional and quick. Gave advice on how to avoid problems in the future and was very polite

Our Mayfair heating engineer was prompt, courteous and pleasant. A faulty valve was identified as the problem and we were offered two choices: to pay per hour at £120 ph (20% more than the call-out fee) or a payment of £960, including the call-out fee. We were told that it was impossible to tell how long it would take and it might be all day. We opted for the £960. It turned out that the part costs £20-30 and on average the job takes about 90 minutes, which indeed was the case. We consider this to be sharp practice and recommend you do not use this devious company.

Friendly and knowledgeable plumber who quickly completed the job to a high standard. I needed a water pipe shortening to enable additional work to be undertaken to the kitchen and i was impressed with the speed and quality of work. Would highly recommend.

The job was done and to be truthful he done a really good job but where the job only took 45mins they charged me for two hours labour because even though it was just an outside tap straight through one wall nothing difficult but because he didn't bring a tap and pipe he had to go and get it so it took the job over the hour which I think is a liberty. When you go to a job you take tools and parts you need , so I feel even though it's a good job done I feel they have taken advantage and I feel ripped off will not use again
