Booked Mayfair Plumbers to install a sink and taps. Paid £144 upfront for the first hour and was assured the plumber would carry standard fittings (waste, flexis, etc.). On arrival, the plumber claimed parts were missing and left for Screwfix. I was still charged for the time away — Ring doorbell footage shows he was off-site for around 46 minutes. After installation, the sink leaked when used, despite being told it would be “usable”. The job ended up costing close to £500. Far more expensive than expected, with poor accountability throughout. Would not recommend or use again.

Service was performed to good standard but plumber forgot to turn our gas back on at end. All resolved in the end. Quote for replacement valves, programmer and thermostat was slow to arrive, much higher than the verbal estimate given at the time and 3x higher than other plumbers quoted us.

The operative was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was to supply and swap an electric shower, hours later and £600 i fell fleeced. Lessons learnt find locals, use word of mouth and these national companies need investigating for over charge and drawing out visits, once in your home they pretty much have you on the hook.

Boiler service. I booked them in but they overran and couldn't come that day. They apologized and offered me a refund or to rebook. Had great service from Darren, he called ahead, showed up on time, was professional and courteous. Would happily recommend this company
