Great customer service, Aysha has called me right after posting my job request, although the call out includ one hour to check and find out the issue, more than other companies, but it worth it. Roy (Gas Engineer) showd up at 8am as scheduled, find out the issue very quick, then he went out to purchase a new Valve, job was completed within very reasonable time, well done.

Andrew was extremely thorough in checking where the leak was coming from and honest in respect of whether it was worth obtaining new parts for the boiler or whether it was worth looking at potentially purchasing a new boiler instead.
