  Water ingress repair and redecoration to kitchen ceiling

  Really pleased with the work Dean’s team carried out repairing and redecorating the kitchen ceiling following water damage. Kept me well informed throughout and communication was excellent. The work was completed to a very good standard and everything was left clean and tidy. I’d happily recommend him.

  Had a variety of separate teams. THey came on the date and time agreed. Worked very hard with workmanship to a high standard. Will certainly use Mayfair again

  We have used Mayfair Build twice now and would highly recommend. Dean and his team are genuinely lovely people to have working in your home. They are friendly, hardworking, reliable and always professional. Dean took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and made sure we were happy throughout the project. They really went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic result. Communication was excellent throughout. We felt in safe hands from start to finish and are so pleased with the work they’ve done on our home we wouldn’t use anyone else.

  Excellent commitment and work ethic

  Replacement of mains water supply pipe under driveway. Work involved taking up block paving, excavating trench, locating existing pipe, laying new pipe, connecting to water meter, backfilling and reinstatement of block paving. Work was carried out during June 2026 heatwave in record temperatures. Mayfair Build Ltd showed excellent commitment and work ethic on this job. The water supply pipe was unusually deep and difficult to find. Connections to the water meter were also not straightforward owing to difficult access.

  Knocked through wall to insert bifold doors

  Dean and his team have recently completed some work to kick through a wall and install a large set of doors. They completed the job to a high standard, the communication was excellent throughout and they were very flexible around changing requirements. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

  Plumbing, Electrics and Decorating

  We were really happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of Dean and his team at Mayfair Build Ltd. We needed to remove a kitchenette (remove sink and cupboards and cap plumbing services); all the plumbing was under the house. The work also required two plug sockets to be moved and the room to be redecorated (with plastering, painting and new skirting). It was a really professional job and Dean went the extra mile to hunt down a particular fitting that was needed for our rather unusual pipework. Mayfair Build Ltd. charged an honest price and kept to the timeline agreed.
