My wife and I have just bought a house which had not had much attention in 30 years. Dean, Dan, Bradley and his team have helped transform it into somewhere we really think we are going to love. They were always professional, friendly, punctual, helpful, communicative, understanding, delivered very high quality work and were never condescending about our lack of building knowledge. And the quotes, while a little more expensive than the other two builders we approached, were absolutely spot on to the final bill. We will most definitely be asking them for a quote for our next job!

Dean and his team at Mayfair are Exceptional! Their attention to detail, professionalism and hard work shone through the entires project. Each part of the project was quoted for and discussed to make sure we both knew what the outcome would be. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. I didn't live in the property during the renovation but during each unannounced visit the site was clean and tidy and progress was quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recover Mayfair to anyone.

We are really happy with the work Dean completed for us. The original quote he provided after his initial site visit was clear and very thorough making it a little easier to budget. Dean’s team were also genuine, good guys who were easy to have around, nothing ever seemed to be an issue. We had a wall removed to make one room. The work also required re-routing of plumbing and electrics along with new kitchen and skylight. I work in construction myself, having met many builders over the years, these guys are definitely one of the good ones. Would happily recommend!

Super experience from start to finish. Dean very knowledgable and his team all really considerate and skilled. Work of a high standard, and all cleaned up after themselves too.
