  I had an emergency leak in my extension roof and Luke from Maxwell’s Property Maintenance was brilliant. He contacted me within 30 minutes of posting the job and came out the next day to assess, quote and repair the issue. The work was quick, efficient and high quality. He not only located and fixed the leak, but also cleaned the gutters and rebalanced a damaged gutter as part of the same job, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. I’d highly recommend Maxwell’s Property Maintenance.

  Luke Went Above and Beyond on a Challenging Roof Repair

  Luke repaired roof tiles damaged by scaffolding. Despite being given the wrong tile measurements, he quickly sourced the correct ones from outside his usual area. He handled my complex roof layout with professionalism and skill, explaining each step as he worked. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated his transparency and knowledge. Luke’s workmanship, attitude, and helpfulness were outstanding. I’d gladly use him again and have already discussed future guttering work.

  Great Roofing Repairs

  Luke at Maxwell’s Roofing and Property Maintenance removed and replaced the cement in our valleys on our roof. At the same time Luke installed dry verge systems to all three of the gable ends of our property. Luke recommended he remove the moss from our roof which desperately needed doing. They are coming back to finish the moss removal to the back of the property and the front roof looks amazing after being cleaned. Luke and his colleagues were very polite and helpful. The quote was very reasonable and the work was of a very high standard. We would highly recommend their workmanship.
