Arrived to do a quote, when he said and then arrived on time, on day arranged to scrap all the moss off our large tile roof by hand and sprayed whole roof to help stop it coming back. Cleaned up mess after finishing the roof. Very reasonably priced, Would happily recommend.

Luke Maxwell was recommended to me. He did an excellent job with clearing our gutter. Friendly and professional. We would definitely use Maxwell’s again.

Luke did several jobs for me and always arrived on time. He did some pointing on the south side of my house and garage and repaired and painted the surround of the garage door and fascia. Whilst doing that he chopped off some troublesome branches threatening my garage. He also made some adjustments to one of my gutters and some small repairs to the garage flashing. I can thoroughly recommend him.

Very impressed with the service from Maxwells Roofing and Property Maintenance and would definitely recommend. Excellent service from start to finish, Inspection of the roof issues was followed by photos, along with a quote for the repairs. When the work was completed more photos were received, showing all the roof repairs that they had carried out. Very happy with the work.

Luke was punctual and explained all my options and helped me to choose the best option for my gutters. He promptly rectified a small issue after the repairs were done. I would happily recommend.
