Very impressed with the service from Maxwells Roofing and Property Maintenance and would definitely recommend. Excellent service from start to finish, Inspection of the roof issues was followed by photos, along with a quote for the repairs. When the work was completed more photos were received, showing all the roof repairs that they had carried out. Very happy with the work.

Luke was punctual and explained all my options and helped me to choose the best option for my gutters. He promptly rectified a small issue after the repairs were done. I would happily recommend.

I had an emergency leak in my extension roof and Luke from Maxwell’s Property Maintenance was brilliant. He contacted me within 30 minutes of posting the job and came out the next day to assess, quote and repair the issue. The work was quick, efficient and high quality. He not only located and fixed the leak, but also cleaned the gutters and rebalanced a damaged gutter as part of the same job, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. I’d highly recommend Maxwell’s Property Maintenance.

Luke came and inspected the leak in the roof and I had the issue sorted within the week. He showed me pictures and videos of the work that needed to be done so everything was transparent. Great job!

Luke repaired roof tiles damaged by scaffolding. Despite being given the wrong tile measurements, he quickly sourced the correct ones from outside his usual area. He handled my complex roof layout with professionalism and skill, explaining each step as he worked. As a new homeowner, I really appreciated his transparency and knowledge. Luke’s workmanship, attitude, and helpfulness were outstanding. I’d gladly use him again and have already discussed future guttering work.
