Front door lock broken. Max responded to my call quickly and arrived in 30 mins with a live tracker sent via WhatsApp so I knew exactly when he was arriving. Knew the problem straight away and it was sorted in under an hour. Super friendly, explained it all and a really good job overall. Would highly recommend! Can’t recommend Max enough! Fabulous from start to finish — so professional and communicated everything clearly. My front door handle was broken and I was locked out of my house. Max arrived promptly, explained everything, fixed the issue, and replaced the door handle, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Fast, honest, and reliable service. 10 Blown away and massively impressed

Needed new locks on a new house we had just purchased. Called 4 places and got prices, Max was cheaper than 2 of them and level with the 4th but his customer service on the phone swung it instantly. He came round at the time he said, even text before to say he was on his way, and quickly got on with the job. I've had a few locksmiths over the years and honestly I was blown away by his skills, knowledge and communication. He ran through everything he was doing, showed me how to look after my doors and locks and even cleaned everything down, not just his mess but just the door in general. 10/10Verified reviewerJob location: NG1010 Great locksmith!
