We had a problem with our lock, and couldn’t lock the door. Max arrived the same day, giving us the option of repair or new lock. He did not try to over sell, explaining exactly what he would do for both options. We decided to go with new lock. He is very knowledgeable, and also very thorough. Can’t praise him enough. We would definitely recommend.

Max was absolutely brilliant. He came exactly bang on time. He was quick but efficient and his work was top quality. Max explained what he was doing and I actually learned a lot about locks. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
