Fabulous! 4.45pm and my UPVC front door handle stopped working to lock the door….One call and Max arranged for Ian to visit within the hour for a free of charge assessment and quote for the service required. Detailed breakdown of the parts and individual cost before checking I wanted to go ahead with the service. Ian then went to collect the part and was quickly back to fit. A full explanation and demonstration given before leaving the house tidy as it was. Peace of mind restored as Ian left. Professional, respectful and courteous throughout the whole process, thanks !!

Front door lock broken. Max responded to my call quickly and arrived in 30 mins with a live tracker sent via WhatsApp so I knew exactly when he was arriving.
