  Repaired roof and replaced lead, covered all the points we looked at without extra charge. Arrived promptly for the first meeting and gave a good price and kept us informed. Completed the works to a good standard and left the roof clean and tidy- great service.

  Replace soffits, fascias and guttering.

  Placed a job for someone to replace my soffits, fascias and guttering. Maurice quoted considerably lower than others, but hasn’t done what I asked. My existing soffits & fascias have just been covered over rather than being replaced. Most of his materials were removed from site when the job was completed, but I’ve had to go around and pick up small/sharp plastic and metal pieces around my property before they can injure my kids. The work he’s done looks OK, but basically I got exactly what I paid for. Would suggest other customers obtain a written contract!
