What a refreshing change to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest and reliable! Two of the slates were in an awkward place to reach but this was managed with ladders, instead of scaffolding, which kept the cost down. Can’t recommend Maurice and his son enough, and have already given his details to several of our neighbours.

This company is exactly what they advertise, experienced reliable trusted prompt and tidy. We tried other companies wanting to change the whole roof whereas Maurice and his son found the leak repaired it and cleaned up the rest of the roof covered in moss. The price was reasonable and the job timely.

They arrived before 8AM, as soon as the weather permitted, went straight to work and finished 4 1/2 hours later. Their job removed a lot of moss and when they were done, the site was very tidy. In addition, the old cement at gable end was cracked, loose and falling out. They re-cemented the rake and replaced a broken tile.

After trying out some decidedly dodgy roofers, we finally found Maurice. In two days he sorted out roofing problems that had been plaguing us for years. He stripped back tiles, removed concrete, replaced leading and felt and battens, and then put it all back together beautifully. Tidied up after himself impeccably too. If ever we need any roofing work in the future, we won't hesitate to call Maurice.

Maurice responded very quickly and came out the same day to quote for the work. He managed to fit us in that week before the rain came, arriving promptly and fixing a number of broken tiles for us. Would recommend.

After the initial contact via check a trade the required repairs were carried out within a few days and the charge for the repairs was incredibly reasonable. Great job.
