  Master Services were pleasant and professional to deal with through booking and arranging, to actual delivery of the work itself. I have to especially call out their customer care - very responsive, very friendly, and again very professional. Really can't fault them and would definitely use again in future.   Stuck Door handle.

  The handle of my back door was stuck, it wouldn't turn to allow the door to open. Sergio and his friend turned up and worked their magic to get the door open (which involved Sergio crawling through my Kitchen window(!) to get outside and pop the door open). Both gents were very polite and I sincerely thank them for doing the job with minimal fuss.

  Communication from Master Services from start to finish was extremely good. Very proactive and ensured all was clear on works required and who would provide materials. Quality of work was excellent, photos sent as work was in a tenanted flat and tenant was happy with the overall process. Also, pricing was made clear and they were fair and reasonable in time taken to do work and charges. Will happily use them again in the future.
