Great communication both before and on the day, updating with timings was helpful. The teams worked efficiently and completed the job very well.

Work all carried out to an excellent standard - the handyman returned twice to resolve minor issues and fixed them quickly. All in all, very happy with the experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

In March a handy man was sent to install two curtain poles. when he arrived, he had no ladder and hardly any tools. He managed to install the curtain poles but three months later they fell down. I sent a message to the company through Check a Trade and have had no reply. I called all three of their contact telephone numbers numerous times and left a message for someone to call me back but received no reply.

Master Services were pleasant and professional to deal with through booking and arranging, to actual delivery of the work itself. I have to especially call out their customer care - very responsive, very friendly, and again very professional. Really can't fault them and would definitely use again in future. Thank you Master Services team!

The handle of my back door was stuck, it wouldn't turn to allow the door to open. Sergio and his friend turned up and worked their magic to get the door open (which involved Sergio crawling through my Kitchen window(!) to get outside and pop the door open). Both gents were very polite and I sincerely thank them for doing the job with minimal fuss.
