Very impressed by the polite and efficient service. The door was completely jammed shut. The two men managed to get it open, removed the locking bar then took it to be refitted with a new locking mechanism. They came back 2 hours later and refitted the bar, realigned the door and left us with a door that works better than it ever has since new.
