  My Query was answered immediately and job discussed over the phone. I needed to upgrade my night latch on an old door for insurance purposes. I got good advice, was quoted a price for call out, goods and labour. Professional , polite and extra marks for tidiness! Would use them again.

  Open and repair uPVC door with broken lock mechanism

  Within minutes of me submitting the job I had a call from them. They quoted an arrival time and arrived at the quoted time. It was clear they knew what they were doing and with the right pressure in the right place managed to open the door without damaging the door or frame. They identified (and fixed) the underlying cause, as well as repairing the broken lock mechanism. Their price was also very reasonable.
