Once appt was made Master Hands Services gave me an ETA with regular en-route updates which was appreciated and very helpful. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. My lock now has a very soft movement, so I suspect it might have been 'ailing' for some time.

Emergency call out for front door lock, worked really hard to try and fix the existing mechanism, very interesting but sadly had to replace with new. A temporary lock provided, returned on agreed date and time, replaced and now as new Very nice quietly spoken people attended Very nice prices suggested for works options

My Query was answered immediately and job discussed over the phone. I needed to upgrade my night latch on an old door for insurance purposes. I got good advice, was quoted a price for call out, goods and labour. Professional , polite and extra marks for tidiness! Would use them again.
