My patio door lock broke on a Friday evening and would not lock. Azamat from Master Hands came out that evening ordered me a new lock and fitted a temporary measure, and then came back and replaced the original lock the following Monday. Communication was great and Azamat was very polite and cleaned up any mess. Would highly recommend.
