    I live in whickham and this company was recommended to me by my neighbour when I had an issue with both interior and exterior doors leaving my house insecure. I rang them and a fitter rang and arranged a visit to me within 4 hours. I needed further work and arrangements were made for him to return the following day. The work was superb and carried out professionally. I am more than happy to recommend both the work and the professionalism of the staff and at reasonable cost. Good to have a local company you can rely on.

    From the first contact with Graham everything was done very professionally while being friendly at the same time. As an 82 year old widow I was worried but there was no pushy sales pitch just genuine quotes and advice. Booked a date that was convenient. Martin arrived and again was very friendly and professional. Everything installed to a high quality and not a spec of dust left. I would highly recommend both Graham and Martin to anyone

    had a problem with my upvc front door , master glaze came out and informed me what the problem was and would order the parts . Graham came back within a few days and repaired the door now working the way it should. cant fault the service from master glaze.

A small family run buisness, covering County Durham, Gateshead Sunderland and the wider North East. Now entering our 23rd year we are proud of the service we have provided over the years. With over 28 years experience in the double glazing industry, we are members of FENSA and Quality Assured Insurance Backed Guarantee. Porches , missed units and failed locks are additional services we offer.

We never hard sell and we are proud of that. Just honest advice, great products at affordable prices. We offer a personal service and are with our customers from start to finish. Anything we can do to help with the process from choosing your new door or windows

We are proud of the fact that our customers take us with them when moving house. We also offer a repair and remedial service working for local letting agencies. We can help in the decision process by superimposing you new door onto a photo of your old door, just to be sure the colour and style are right for you.
