We had new windows and doors fitted a number of years ago by Masterglaze. Our door has been catching and sticking recently, Graham was out the very next day after we called him and made adjustments to the door which is now closing perfectly again. Excellent service and after sales - best of all no charge! We needed a new composite door fitted and from start to finish Graham was excellent. Good communication, clear pricing, and the fitting of the door itself was a breeze. From initial visit and quotation, we were kept informed of progress. We were involved in the design of the windows and allowed to change fitting dates due to family circumstances without any problem. Installation was carried out in a very timely fashion with very little disturbance or dirt to clean up. The finished job is excellent and the visual impact on the house is great.
