  11 replacement double glazed window units including a bay window

  If you want someone to come to your house, start at incredibly high price and slowly drop down to a crazy eye watering price don’t get Masterglaze in because Graham won’t do that. Lovely guy, no messing about and full of excellent advice. Martin the installer is very very good. The neatness of the finish makes all the difference. The fit is obviously brilliant but the attention to detail takes it to another level. More than happy to recommend, in fact I already have.

  Replacement of 7 old wooden windows with new A rate double glazed UPVC windows

  Hats off to Graham and his team. They were faultless throughout the process. Arrived prompt on the day we organised and the job was done well within their given timeframe. They treated the house as if it was their own and on finishing all rooms were left clean and tidy. The price was very competitive and the end result we could not be happier with. A positive 5 star review and we will definitely get this great local business back for any future work

  Wow! The service was amazing, timing and reliability was fabulous. Graham gave excellent advice when doing quote.Turned up on time and gave me a time for finishing. Very polite and considerate, brought dust sheets and tidied all mess away. The quality of windows is amazing and it's made a huge difference to the house. The company are always on hand for any issues and willing to pop out if anything is needed

  Window hinge replacement

  Our bedroom window was damaged by a gust of wind in the recent storms, breaking the retaining hinge bracket that allows the window to double as an emergency escape. We could not close the window. Graham from Master Glaze requested photos of the problem and replied with a very acceptable quote within hours, confirming that he could repair the window. We established a time to my convenience and Martin arrived as agreed and completed the work in very quick time. His work is to a very high standard and he was a pleasure to meet, as was Graham on the phone. Very happy with everything.
