Graham is a pro!! Replaced my leaky and draughty kitchen window with a gorgeous aluminium window that is high quality and beautifully fitted. This is the 2nd window I have had from Masterglaze and I can’t recommend them more highly. Excellent and speedy service. THANK YOU

Windows fitted look ok. The windows weren't FENSA certified probs my own fault for not checking but when I asked for the certificate he told me no one wanted them so now I'm in trouble when I go to sell. Massively disappointed with this job. The installer trod on a new shrub in my garden killed it, received an apology but no offer to replace. Wasn't given a receipt for the work when I asked for it. One window looks like it's been measured too small. Became aggressive when I questioned it. He said it was because I said it was being rendered in the FUTURE. A bad choice made by me.

The Window fitter was punctual and work was completed to a high standard all of the old windows were taken away work was very clean. Graham came and checked that work was progressing he also phoned a few days later to ensure everything was OK. Will use again.

Excellent service

We had new windows and doors fitted a number of years ago by Masterglaze. Our door has been catching and sticking recently, Graham was out the very next day after we called him and made adjustments to the door which is now closing perfectly again. Excellent service and after sales - best of all no charge! We would definitely recommend Masterglaze to anyone needing new windows and doors.
