From start to finish Craig was excellent to deal with, he turned up on time to give me the initial quote, he really spent the time to measure everything exactly and suggested design changes to accommodate a change in ceiling height which would effect the opening of the shutters. His quote was competitive but the main reason for choosing master craft shutters was the time that Craig spent going through everything, I trusted him. They delivered in the time frame stated and his colleague Mark came to fit them a couple of days later. Mark was also lovely and did a great job. Job location: RH13We are delighted with the shutters and were really impressed with the way Craig and Lee worked and how professional their approach was. Once the work was finished everything was left clean and tidy and all packaging removed. Excellent job. Would definitely recommend.
