Absolutely fantastic experience, quality shutters and quality workmanship. Craig and Lee superb and I have recommended them to a few friends.

From start to finish Craig was excellent to deal with, he turned up on time to give me the initial quote, he really spent the time to measure everything exactly and suggested design changes to accommodate a change in ceiling height which would effect the opening of the shutters. His quote was competitive but the main reason for choosing master craft shutters was the time that Craig spent going through everything, I trusted him. They delivered in the time frame stated and his colleague Mark came to fit them a couple of days later. Mark was also lovely and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We are delighted with the shutters and were really impressed with the way Craig and Lee worked and how professional their approach was. Once the work was finished everything was left clean and tidy and all packaging removed. Excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

Today I had made to measure, hardwood shutters fitted to two bay windows and two bedroom windows. From the initial quotation to fitting, it took 15 weeks, but it was well worth waiting for! From the professional, yet friendly service, to the high quality, well fitted product, I could not be more pleased to have chosen Mastercraft Shutters. I would highly recommend them.
