  Boiler stripped down with noisy fan replaced due toage of boiler

  Boiler was due to be stripped down due to its age, was advised a year ago that this would need to be done, also noisy fan replaced at same time, also advised a year ago. Work was quoted prior to service. Always on time, helpful and courteous

  Routine Boiler Service (NOT)!

  Joe came to do a routine service but unfortunately he got more than he bargained for! He discovered that the heat exchange unit was leaking CO2 and had to strip it all down to replace the seal. He did an excellent job and was patient, thorough and good humoured. He was meticulous in his work and cleared away any mess. I would thoroughly recommend him.

  Replacing radiators and fitting taps

  I recently hired Mason Plumbing and Heating ltd. to replace some radiators and fit some taps and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them!

  Central heating pump replacement

  Issue with the central heating was swiftly diagnosed - a faulty pump. Joe Bright came to fit a new one and replace a return valve. He worked swiftly and with minimal intrusion, fixing the problem, bleeding the radiators and then fully testing before he was on his way. Very polite and efficient worker, and a job well done. Short wait time between diagnosis and rectification too!

  New shower

  Excellent and speedy response when the existing shower processor started leaking, stopped the leak and fitted new like for like shower minimising disruption.
