  Excellent Service

  Mason Plumbing & Heating recently came to carry out the annual service on our gas boiler. Joe arrived punctually and carried out the work in a very timely and professional manner. He fully checked the system, including the gas supply, and also made a minor repair to a troublesome radiator valve. I would not hesitate to use this company again and am happy to fully recommend them.

  Plumbing Repair

  Joe of Mason Plumbing & Heating recently carried out a tricky job in finding out what was wrong with my shower . He eventually established it was the shower piump that was malfunctioning and the job was completed much to my satisfaction polite, friendly and punctual Joe did an excellent job and l was very happy with ., not only the job, but how he went about it.! Would thoroughly recommend Mason Plumbing & Heating .

  Boiler stripped down with noisy fan replaced due toage of boiler

  Boiler was due to be stripped down due to its age, was advised a year ago that this would need to be done, also noisy fan replaced at same time, also advised a year ago. Work was quoted prior to service. Always on time, helpful and courteous

  Routine Boiler Service (NOT)!

  Joe came to do a routine service but unfortunately he got more than he bargained for! He discovered that the heat exchange unit was leaking CO2 and had to strip it all down to replace the seal. He did an excellent job and was patient, thorough and good humoured. He was meticulous in his work and cleared away any mess. I would thoroughly recommend him.

  Replacing radiators and fitting taps

  I recently hired Mason Plumbing and Heating ltd. to replace some radiators and fit some taps and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them!

  Boiler problem
