I recently hired Mason Plumbing and Heating ltd. to replace some radiators and fit some taps and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, they were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Would highly recommend them!

Issue with the central heating was swiftly diagnosed - a faulty pump. Joe Bright came to fit a new one and replace a return valve. He worked swiftly and with minimal intrusion, fixing the problem, bleeding the radiators and then fully testing before he was on his way. Very polite and efficient worker, and a job well done. Short wait time between diagnosis and rectification too!

Excellent and speedy response when the existing shower processor started leaking, stopped the leak and fitted new like for like shower minimising disruption.

I sent a request for a boiler service, they were very quick getting back to me and confirmed a date and time for that week. Good communication on arrival time and punctual. The engineer was very informative and answered all my queries. Very tidy and polite. This is the second time I have used them and I am very happy with the service received.
