  Sol gave me a good quote for a boiler service and his comms before coming over were good - I needed him to do some other jobs including changing a tap. He turned up on time and completed all the work satisfactorily. When I got home from work the day afterwards the pipework was leaking where he's connected it to the new tap and had been for several hours. I isolated the leak and called Sol, he agreed to come back in the morning. So he did turn up and fix it but I was surprised that he thought the leak was not his fault, blaming existing pipework he didn't warn me about originally. Take care.

  New Boiler

  Sol went above and eyond in resolving the issues that followed the installation of the new boiler. How lovely is it to have a trades person who actually cares about their customers especially when they’re elderly and vulnerable. Thank you very much for everything Solo, we really do appreciate it. My father speaks very highly of you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

  Rescued on Boxing Day

  Sol fixed our boiler in the evening on Boxing Day! We have a very young baby so the prospect of having no heat or hot water even for one night was a daunting one. Sol was quick, friendly and got the job done.

  Mars came in for the boiler service and gas safe certificate- did the work. Identified Expansion vessel leaked replaced it. He left and I turned the heating up and system was not holding pressure. He quoted me an exorbitant amount to come fix a PRV. He should have ensured the work was fully done but it was not and not charge the customer again and again. He did not make sure the system was working properly before he left the property. Undersink water filter - 5 minute job I told him that but he kept saying see how long I am going to be there , £80 for 5 minute.

  2 kitchen taps fitting, leak investigation

  We had to change 2 taps, including our kitchen tap, and also had to investigate an issue with the dishwasher waste pipe. We ended up changing the kitchen waste which sorted the problem. The work done was very professional, neat. Very clean work. great communication and very polite tradesman. well priced. I would rexommend.
