  Should focus on the job rather than charging customers for unfinished work!!

  Mars came in for the boiler service and gas safe certificate- did the work. Identified Expansion vessel leaked replaced it. He left and I turned the heating up and system was not holding pressure. He quoted me an exorbitant amount to come fix a PRV. He should have ensured the work was fully done but it was not and not charge the customer again and again. He did not make sure the system was working properly before he left the property. Undersink water filter - 5 minute job I told him that but he kept saying see how long I am going to be there , £80 for 5 minute.

  A knowledge and reliable engineer!!

  ​After a frustrating experience with another engineer who replaced the expansion vessel but couldn't fix the persistent pressure drop and then demanded an exorbitant fee to return I called Paul. ​Paul was a breath of fresh air. He swiftly replaced the PRV. Because I was in a rush he implemented a clever temporary fix to ensure we still had hot water. ​What truly sets Paul apart is his honesty and knowledge. He continued to analyze the root cause of the pressure loss on his own time, came back the next day and fixed the issue. Tested it such that it works . Also did the condensate as add on.
