10 Start-up Issue Fixed

Mark fixed a start-up issue with my PC. Diagnosed in my own home and although it had to be taken away to work on, it was returned, working properly the following day. Mark promptly replied to my query and a home visit was arranged. Though the problem proved more difficult and required the computer to be taken to Marks workshop it was returned to me the next day repaired and in working order. Job location: CW4Great service from Mark. All pricing made clear from the start, prompt and proficient service. Diagnosed the fault quickly and had a few options for replacing the failed SSD, so was able to increase my storage at the same time. Re-installed and updated everything to make sure working. Great that it was repaired in a single visit (new SSD included warranty). Wouldn't hesitate to use again.Response from Marks Micros Limited

My values come from the many mentors I’ve been fortunate to meet throughout my life, and they include being polite, courteous, patient, professional, and ensuring that if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing properly.
I make it a priority to treat every customer fairly and equally, no matter the size of the task.
I aim to be a centre of excellence for IT services and computer repairs in and around Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, while keeping things friendly, local, mobile, remote, and professional.
Mark’s Micros began after I became a Qualified Dell Certified Systems Expert (DCSE) and spent years doing Dell PC & Laptop repairs in the field for all kinds of clients across business and public sectors.
I later contracted for large companies on roll-out projects, such as upgrading software and operating systems—like a major Windows XP to Windows 7 deployment for Experian—alongside BAU support, Wi-Fi upgrades for Mitchells and Butlers pubs, and IT helpdesk support for JCB at their Rocester HQ.
Almost four years ago, Mark’s Micros became a fully independent IT company, growing from around 100 customers to over 800, plus more than 50 small businesses I also support.
My goal is to always provide a professional yet personal service, maintaining quality and integrity every step of the way.
