Mark fixed a start-up issue with my PC. Diagnosed in my own home and although it had to be taken away to work on, it was returned, working properly the following day. Great service with honesty and integrity plus a 'No Fix, No Fee' promise! 🙂👍

Mark promptly replied to my query and a home visit was arranged. Though the problem proved more difficult and required the computer to be taken to Marks workshop it was returned to me the next day repaired and in working order. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mark to friends or contact him again if I needed assistance again.

Great service from Mark. All pricing made clear from the start, prompt and proficient service. Diagnosed the fault quickly and had a few options for replacing the failed SSD, so was able to increase my storage at the same time. Re-installed and updated everything to make sure working. Great that it was repaired in a single visit (new SSD included warranty). Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
