We were looking to replace our front door, and arranged an appointment for a quotation. Angela came out and talked through our requirements. The quote was emailed to us and we were left to decide without any pressure. We went ahead and the door was fitted. Very pleased with the installation, neatly finished, and the area left clean and tidy.

There was no initial hard sell. Angela was happy to make a second visit to answer our questions. The brochure was clear but we were slightly concerned by the lack of a sample product. The quote compared well with other companies and we felt we knew exactly what we were getting. There was a delay in fitting the windows as the manufacturers got the order slightly wrong. This was picked up by the company and we were informed immediately. The window fitter arrived promptly and worked efficiently and cleanly and we are delighted with the windows now that they are fitted. An excellent job.
