He fixed my leaking pitched roof, flat roof, and guttering – quoted fairly, kept me updated, sent photos, and did extra work beyond the quote just because he cares.   Exercise caution on price

  “EXERCISE CAUTION ON PRICING” Hodge Hill Property Repairs This firm have just repointed cement of shared semi detached property’ chimney. They also removed damaged lead flashings, replaced with new. Do not doubt they did excellent job. For my half I paid £640; my neighbour paid rather more. Labour time two workmen four hours 10th April, 2025. For flashing, one workman three hours 14th April. Am of opinion price charged very steep, not outrageously so. In justification contractor quoted price lead roll £100, which is correct. Contractor said scaffolding would have cost £500, but no sc

  Mark replaced our fascia, soffit and guttering and repointed our chimney. Communication skills were excellent - he talked through all the options clearly, took photos of issues and was clear on time frames to complete work. Really pleased with the work done.

  Repair my roof tiles and replace all guttering.

  Excellent work, always arrived when he said he would and very friendly. My roof needed a lot of tiles replaced due to the age and lack of maintenance. The quote was reasonable and didn't exceed what was agreed. Everything was explained along with photos to show before and after the work.

  Roofing repairs

  We have used Mark for a while now and are always very happy with his work. He is very responsive when we call upon his services and will accommodate us, given our business needs, where he can. Mark attends when he said he would, carries out all work as specified to a high standard and tidies up as he goes and on completion. I do believe that we have a good working relationship and trust him as a contractor. He will give advice and suggestions where needed and certainly knows his trade. I wouldn't consider anyone else now. Thank you for all your help to date Mark.
