“EXERCISE CAUTION ON PRICING” Hodge Hill Property Repairs This firm have just repointed cement of shared semi detached property’ chimney. They also removed damaged lead flashings, replaced with new. Do not doubt they did excellent job. For my half I paid £640; my neighbour paid rather more. Labour time two workmen four hours 10th April, 2025. For flashing, one workman three hours 14th April.
