Mark came out same day to diagnose and fix a leaking central heating system, coming through the kitchen ceiling, the day before a huge winter cold spell. Mark explained everything he was doing and why, identified and fixed the leak and got the heating back on within a couple of hours. Job location: TF10I asked Mark to sort out a stopcock that didn’t work. He asked for a photo which I sent to him. Mark phoned me to point out that the stopcock I had used was an old one. The new stopcock was actually further down the pipe work and he got me to test it and it turned the water of fine. All done over the phone and with no charge. Fantastic!- DDavid M
