Mark returned my call quickly even though it was a weekend. Although he was not able to come the same day we agreed a time for another day and he arrived promptly. He gave explanations and options to resolve the issue and on agreeing the way forward the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Mark came to fix our internal stop tap which had sprung a leak and was dripping rapidly. He attended promptly and replaced the old stop tap. He also identified a problem with the external stop tap which has now been picked up by the local water authority.
