Mark was very quick to respond and great at communicating what might be the causes and the type of work involved. It took no time for him to identify the issue and was really accommodating in getting it fixed around my schedule. I'm really happy with his honesty and quality work.

Mark was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and identified the problem quickly and efficiently. He fixed it,tested it and cleared up all the mess caused by the initial leak. On the morning of our holiday, we noticed a leak from our shower, we couldn’t go away and leave it so we immediately called Mark Gregory, he came within the hour assessed the problem and being it was an old shower he disconnected the water supply and said he would search for a suitable replacement, he contacted us whilst we were on our way to Wales he sent us a email with the shower we needed and where to purchase it from with an £100 discount off, we made arrangements with Mark and on our return he was waiting on our return to fit it in .What a Great Bloke nothings too much trouble for him👍
