Mark and his mate came to replace our kitchen tap within 2 hours of me phoning. They did the job well and quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

very good service, despite a bit of initial confusion with my request Mark was very clear in his explanations and made sure I was able to picture the different solutions.

Mark returned my call quickly even though it was a weekend. Although he was not able to come the same day we agreed a time for another day and he arrived promptly. He gave explanations and options to resolve the issue and on agreeing the way forward the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The cost was fair.

Mark came to fix our internal stop tap which had sprung a leak and was dripping rapidly. He attended promptly and replaced the old stop tap. He also identified a problem with the external stop tap which has now been picked up by the local water authority. Mark was punctual, courteous and left the workspace clean and tidy.

A very helpful, proficient and fair gentleman. A very thorough job at a reasonable price. Mark is now on my list of reliable trades persons. CB
