Mark has looked after our heating system for many years and always does a great job. Mark has been coming to service, install and repair our boilers for the past 15 years. Mark is ALWAYS reliable, his pricing is honest (as low as possible!) and repairs and installations are completed to a very high standard. This time our old boiler was leaking. I e-mailed Mark on Sunday night, he came over on Monday, ordered replacement parts the same day and all was fixed soon after. Would I recommend him? I contacted Mark for quite an urgent visit, he was very responsive and came to do some immediate investigative works. Unfortunately we needed a new boiler, which Mark was able to do in a timely manner. His communication was great, his advice was sound, he was professional and reasonably priced.
